Alaska. Its Meaning to the World, Its Resources, Its Opportunities.
Tuttle, Charles R.
Seattle, Wash.: Franklin Shuey & Co., Publishers, 1914. First edition Octavo. 318pp. Green cloth, gilt lettering. The cloth is nice and bright. There is an ownership signature on the title page and three clippings tipped in. Two have been partially removed, but portions are still present, and there is a bit of offsetting to the opposite pages. Overall this is still a pretty nice copy. The chapters in this book cover gold, coal and copper mining, fishing, the fur trade, agriculture, nature and wildlife, climate, railroads, including the Northern Canadian Railroad, hunting, and more.
